Bluebeard
is moseying down the coast, averaging either a bit under, or a bit over
100 miles/day, depending when he officially started his migration (it
could have been the 19th or the 20th).
On the 27th he moved south. We don't know where
he slept, but he had made it into SC by 1PM, when we had our last signal
for the day. We next pick him up around 11:45 on the 28th just south of
Charleston, SC. He roosted for the night in Georgia on the 28th.
He moved 198 miles (313 km) south into Florida
sometime on the 29th. Our last location on this map is a roost a bit
southwest of Daytona Beach. He's in an area rich with lakes, so the
fishing should be good.He has flown
1131 mi (1820 km) since he began his migration on the 19th or 20th.
