	19 Aug -- Felix is really starting to get around. He's been down along the south shore of the Vineyard, out to the Gay Head cliffs in Aquinnah, and made his first trip off-island.       At 4PM on the 16th he was crossing Vineyard Sound headed for Cape Cod. His first fix on the mainland was at Long Pond, between Falmouth and West Falmouth. He then made a whole loop around the western Cape in 5 hours. (Each location on the map is on an hour.) He spent the evening of the 16th and most of the 17th back at Long Pond. At 4PM on the 17th he was back on the Vineyard.
