27 Sept.: Elsie spent 16 days on Hispaniola, almost all of the time on the Dominican Republic side of the island. On the 12th she moved over to Puerto Rico, still heading almost due east. Will she push off and head for South America, or will she stay in the Caribbean? Stay tuned!
