3 Sept.: After a brief stop in Westerly, RI, Bunga has moved into Connecticut. He's a bit northeast of New London, fishing some freshwater ponds and lakes.       The cluster of blue points northeast of his current location is "Jaws," our Chilmark-born youngster, who's been fattening up in eastern CT for more than a week.       The blue line near the bottom of the map is the route his mother, Elsie, took on 1 Sept. from the Vineyard to New Haven.      Sadly, this is the last location for Bunga. We lost all signals from his transmitter, About 3 weeks later his signal returned and I went over and found the radio and his body in a clearing in the woods. Something had turned the carcass over and the battery recharged. No clue as to what happened.
