16-19 Sept:  Tasha has moved down from Albemarle Sound to Pamlico Sound. The locations on this map for the 16th are south and east of Lake Mattamuskeet.       As of the morning of the 19th, we haven't had a signal for over 24 hours. Heavy overcast in the area may explain this. The solar panel on her transmitter may not have been getting enough energy to recharge the battery.      A big high pressure system moving in is bringing NE winds, which should get the birds moving (and the sun should recharge her battery).
