16 Aug: Jaws has moved over into Connecticut.     We know very little of what young Ospreys do when they leave the nest. The three birds we have tagged this year will add significantly to our understanding of this phase of an Osprey's life.      Ospreys have been seen to congregate around freshwater ponds and lakes in the late summer, despite an apparent abundance of food along the coast. Jaws seems to be fitting in to this pattern.
