16 Sept..    Bluebeard is a truly devoted father. His young has apparently not figured out how to catch fish reliably. He heads off to hunt and returns wet but fishless. He then sits on the nest screaming for food, which Bluebeard is still bringing to him.      It's not terribly late for a male to still be around the breeding grounds (some don't head south until early October), but it is late for a young not to be catching its own fish. This one may not have much of a future in the gene pool.
